Start/ finish point

The 1st of 3 ferries. Ferry crossing is free and a nice chance for a stretch.

A short stretch of main road before Starting on the "Old" Pacific Hwy.

"Pie in the Sky" known as PITS. A great place to stop for a pie and a coffee/ cold drink. Also a meeting place for the Hornsby branch of the Ulysses.

"The Old Road Cafe" formally known as "Road Warriors Cafe". Another great place to stop. Great food and drinks.

Time to leave the "Old Road"

Now heading towards Wiseman's Ferry

Spencer General Store. Time for a stretch and a cold drink. A favorite for passing motorists and boaters alike.

The 2nd of the 3 ferries. No charge to cross and another chance to stretch. Once on the other side, perhaps some lunch and a cold beer at the local Wiseman's Ferry Inn

The River Road. A narrow piece of road that meanders with the river. A couple of gravel sections (not too long or bad)

Another Ferry. Not taken on this journey...Perhaps another day.

The Sackville Ferry crossing. The last of the free ferry crossings.

Back on the Old Northern Road. A short stretch from the starting point.
