  • The Two Mile

  • Steep, narrow descent with hair pins. No shoulders. Beware of cagers in the middle of the road.

  • Jenolan Caves

  • Tourist attraction, cave tours, adventure caves, oldest known cave system. From here up the Five Mile beware of incompetent drivers - this place attracts and exposes them. No shoulders, but not as steep and narrow as the two mile. A fun piece of road if you can get a clear run (try during the week). Closed to north bound traffic for 2 hours in the middle of the day for buses to make their way down to Jenolan.

  • Hampton

  • The Millionth Acre

  • Picnic ground, Camping ground, toilets, mushrooms, State Forest. This was the Millionth acre of Radiata Pine plantation planted to support the local timber industry.

  • Now wasn't that the best hour or so you've had in a while?
