Great campsite, check the fire restrictions!

Take any route SW to Bunnigalore Rd

head west on the main drag

after Bunnigalore Road turns North take Brethren Point Road to the left (west)

turn right (North) onto Red Arm Creek Fire Trail. Straight ahead is "No access / Bunnigalore wildlife refuge"

map doesn't show it, but the trail continues all the way down the ridge

turn right (East) at the bottom onto Rocklea Fire Trail

There's a junction here. Both tracks lead up to the Bunnigalore Road. Left (North West) takes you straight to the quarry & pistol club

Quarry is closed during pistol shoots and vice versa!

take an old fire trail off to the right (north east) or do a U turn at the quarry gate!!

take a left (south east) onto Longacre Fire Trail

turn right (south east) at the junction to avoid the dead end.

Stay on the main part of Longacre Fire Trail unless you're keen for a little steep single track to the left (east)

Rough single track, If you're feeling like a little bike dragging : )

A trail to the left (north) links up with Morrice Creek Fire Trail. So does straight ahead!!

turn right (south east) on Morrice Creek Fire Trail. The other way (north west) has a locked gate.

continue south on Morrice Creek Fire Trail unless you feel like detours.

The memorial plaque for the Backpackers killed by Ivan Milat is at this corner of the pine forest plantation

SLOWLY does it. If the sign doesn't stop you, the drop will!

Worth a visit. SLOWLY. The sign says it all!

take Tree Cave Fire Trail to the east.

If you spot it, a left (south east) takes you to a stretch of single track. If you miss it, it meets back up with Tree Cave Fire Trail anyway.

at the junction of Maritime Pine, Tree Cave and Cowlishaws, head left (south) on Cowlishaws Fire Trail

after a small hill, a hard right onto a sandstone shelf will take you back north parallel to Cowlishaws Fire Trail on a great section of single track

when you come out of the pines head left (east) on the Firebreak Road for a short way to the corner.

just before the corner (not at the corner) a single track heads off to the right (south west)

more good single track, if you go left, NOT back onto the fire trail

bit of a track maze here, but just get onto Dalys Road (the main trail to the west) and head south on it

back to the camp site! If you pass Pinaster Pine Road, then Knapsack Gully Road, you're heading the right direction down Dalys Road.
