The way points of this motorcycle route:
If you feel so inclined, take a side trup to Harrison Lake and see the tourist sites.
A standard for lunch in Hope. Grab a bite and fill up on gas at the station.
Take the right hand exit to Highway 3 (Manning Park and Princeton).
Take a break, if the weather is hot then get some water or juice and grab an ice cream. You are in the high plateau region of BC so the weather is normally dryer than the coast and temperatures get higher.
The next break stop, the scenery on the route is great. Typical BC interior forest and micro-lakes.
