  • Lithgow

  • Lithgow is a small town with Historical and Geographical sites such as the ZIG ZAG Railway and reasonable priced accom. A good place for a nice relaxing night before the ride. I haven't done this on the bike. But the story goes lke this just as we made the Bellspocket Line of Rd we were overtaken by a Landrover V8 Styleside twin cab. We thougth he looked like he was in a hurry and as we caught him it seemed he also knew the road. Pretty handy I thought anyway I couldn't scare him out of the way so I fell in behind him and enjoyed the local knowledge, what a treat. This guy must go to work this way, he never missed a corner and I was draggin an 02 WRX around most of the corners to keep up. It took a little over 3 and 1/2 hrs for the whole trip of 240kms in a car.

  • If you read the begining comments this will make a lot more sense. We needed a drink after that I was tapped out and the last 3/4 of an hour were in the dark, so the concentration level on the tailights of the Landy was pretty high, don't yeah whatever me cos thats callin my wife a liar. no bull
