Probably the best rd in Aus. Don't forget that like a local told us- There will be a cop around Long Flat. Only place they can park and turn around. The rest of the rd is to narrow and to dangerous for a Commy/Falcon to chase a bike. -

Take good note of f_w's comment on the coppers - keep the fast stuff for the slow stuff!! (i.e., go fast in the twisties, calm down on the straights)
I don't think they get highway patrol cars up the top, but the local police do head out along the flat sections - resist the urge to twist that throttle (unless you really mean it - and aren't going to park your bike outside the local when you get to Walcha).
